I'm born and raised in Cambridge Ontario, specifically in Hespeler. I attended both St. Elizabeth and Woodland Park elementry schools and highschool at Jacob Hespeler Secondary School. I am passionate about the community as a whole as well as the Hespeler Minor Hockey Association, which I played for as a child. During my post-secondary years, I was able to obtain my G2 gas fitter license from the TSSA (Technical Standards and Safety Authority). Following this, I owned my own business and worked for myself for 14 years specializing in geothermal and conventional heating systems. During this time I also installed in-floor heating and snowmelt systems (heated driveways) for larger custom homes within the area.
As I grew my own real estate portfolio rapidly; through buying and selling properties combined with my previous expereince I made the decision to obtain my real estate license in 2018. I am now working within the Tri-City area. I wanted to share the knowledge that I have gainined through the growth of my own portfolio with anyone who is looking to get into real estate. From my previous knowledge in the construction insustry both residential and commercial properties allows me to have gainiend knowledge that most other agents do not possess. My financing sources play a major part in helping first time and existing homebuyers make their next move. I possess excellent almost Superhuman negotiating skills as well as serving as a contractor to help offset your costs when updating to sell. These are just a few of the many incentives I have to offer.
